BILLING

Credit Card will not work at Checkout: 

Credit cards will not work if billing information does not match credit card account. Please verify credit card number, name on the card and billing information and retry. 

International transactions will work based on the compatibility of the card issuing bank information with US systems.

Please use PayPal as a viable option when credit card transactions are not approved and contact customerservice@ticasurfusa.com for more information.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns:

Note: All non-defective swimwear sales are final for health reasons. 

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
 
1. All returns must be pre-approved by TicaSurfUSA. Approval is confirmed with the issuance of a RGA number. Returns must be received by TicaSurfUSA within 30 days of purchase. The returned item must have its original tags attached. The returned item must be unworn and in new condition. All returns are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee per package. After receiving the returned item, TicaSurfUSA LLC will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus the $5.00 restocking fee. 
 

Refunds:

Please allow 48-72 hours for returned funds to post back to your account. TicaSurfUSA  will not refund returns prior to receiving and inspecting the returned products. Tica Surf USA will not refund orders not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during the checkout process. Tica Surf USA will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.
 

Exchanges:

The duration of the exchange process will depend on the transit time of the returned products and the current processing time for outbound shipments. Please provide tracking information for all returned/exchanged merchandise. 
 
Please request a RGA number and shipping address to return merchandise. 

Exchanges, returns and refunds will be processed immediately following receipt of the approved merchandise. We will review your invoice and should we find errors on our behalf we will correct them and contact you with a resolution.

SHIPPING

US Domestic Shipping Transit Time 

Estimated transit times. Please expect delays during the holiday season:

USPS First-Class: 1-5 business days 
USPS Priority: 1-3 business days 
FedEx Smartpost: 4-8 business days 

The shipping conformation email sent out simply states your order has been processed, this does not mean your order has left the facility. Please keep an eye on your tracking to know when your package has actually left for delivery. 

If your package has already left our facility and you have questions about it, please contact the carrier that has your package along with your tracking number.

PO Boxes: Orders shipping to PO Boxes will be sent via USPS first-class or USPS Priority Mail. 

International Shipping Information

Customer will be responsible for paying countries duties and customs fees. International shipping usually takes 7-14 business days to be delivered after it leaves our warehouse and will be shipped through USPS and then handed over to your local countries post office once it clears customs.

Exchange Rates All prices shown on the TicaSurfUSA.com website are in U.S. dollars. If you need a conversion to your local currency, please refer to yahoo.finance.com or a similar website. Exchange rates change daily, and Tica Surf USA is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. Please note that your credit card processor may charge you a conversion rate fee.

Customs Duties and Fees

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package this price is calculated by the retail cost. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
